3 Simple Steps

Collection:

Book your collection online or by calling 0191 359 2243.

On the day of collection, leave your laundry in the bags we provide on your doorstep and our reliable team will collect them as agreed.

If it’s your first order, bags will be delivered the day before your collection.

Ironed, Washed Or Both:

Your items ironed, washed or both by our laundry experts (depending on the service you requested) – your clothes will look and smell amazing once our team are done with them!

We then get them ready to be returned.

Return:

We’ll deliver your freshly cleaned and beautifully ironed clothes back to you, within 48 hours of the original collection.

We also leave you the laundry bags, ready for your next order.

Our medium bags are enough for around  3 to 4 washing machine loads of laundry.
